We are looking for a new superhero for our assistant team!

A secure and dedicated personal assistant who, with warmth and energy, can support a happy and playful 6-year-old boy in his daily life. You will become an important part of the team - ready to save the day when needed!

About me

I am a cuddly, curious, and happy boy living with autism and epilepsy. I live in Tyresö with my parents and younger brother.

I get happy from quite a few things, but especially:

• Walks and nature
• Classic children's songs and music (I get extra happy when someone sings for me!)
• Puzzles, swinging, reading books, watching Mamma Mu and Bamse
• iPad - a real favorite
• Running, climbing, and playing, preferably on quieter playgrounds or in the forest.
• Being tickled

About the role

I need support in my daily life as I lack consistent thinking and can quickly run off. Therefore, you as an assistant need to be quick, attentive, and secure in creating structure and safety around me.

You will be my support in both play, daily routines, and communication. It is important that you can read me, understand my signals, and guide me with warmth - but also set clear boundaries when needed.

I am looking for someone who is:

• Secure, calm, and has a lot of empathy
• Attentive, quick, and responsible
• Playful, curious, and patient
• Comfortable providing personal care as intimate care is involved
• A person who enjoys singing, playing, and creating security through closeness
• Experience with children with special needs is an advantage but not a requirement

Job Details

Location: Tyresö

Employment type: Approx. 80% on a fixed schedule

Working hours: Weekdays 15-22 or 22-08 (awake night). Shifts sometimes 15-08. Weekends: 8-15, 15-22, or 22-08.
