We are looking for an experienced personal assistant who has a strong interest in working pedagogically. He is 26 years old and has autism along with an intellectual disability. He needs assistants to support and help with daily chores, communication, and to engage in activities in the best possible way. You need to be in good physical shape as he enjoys moving around and goes on several long walks a day.

In the work, there are days filled with laughter and play, but also times when your role is to prevent and manage frustrations and problematic situations. Therefore, it is important to always be attentive to the client's well-being and be adaptable in different environments. Assisting with interpreting, explaining, and mediating the surroundings is of great importance. This position also involves supporting him with all daily errands.

You need to have the following qualities/interests:

• Enjoy being outdoors
• Be resourceful and creative
• Be able to remain calm in all situations
• Be able to write, understand, and speak fluent Swedish as daily documentation is required

This position is a hourly-based employment, but there is also an opportunity to work after the summer. Working hours vary. Shifts are scheduled during the day, afternoon, evening, and weekends.
