About the position

The City of Solna is seeking a contact person for an assignment for a person who needs social support for a few hours per month.

As a contact person, you will be an important social support and contribute to a meaningful leisure time. The assignment involves approximately 4 hours per month and entails finding activities together that create development and participation.

For the individual, it is important that you, as a contact person, are non-judgmental, enjoy intellectual conversations, and are preferably socially engaged in some way. It is also important that you are resourceful and can help come up with activities you can do together, preferably at a calmer pace, as well as provide support and guidance in everyday life.

Who are we looking for?

For this assignment, it is important that you have an understanding of people with NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) and their individual needs. You are sensitive, have good collaboration skills, and can create security in relationships. You are proactive and come up with activities you can do together.

Experience of working with people with NPF is meritorious. If you also have experience in supportive and social work, or work within healthcare, care, or educational activities, this is viewed positively. It is further meritorious if you have education within healthcare and care, social work, pedagogy, or other similar education.
