International English School (IES) Liljeholmen opened in 2014 and currently offers grades F-9 (Preschool Class to Grade 9), with 1,200 students and 130 employees, located at Midsommarkransen.

We are looking for you who have a great passion for the development of schools, leisure-time centers, student health services, and special education. Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven individual interested in working with students from Preschool Class to Grade 3. You will contribute to developing our operations in line with current governing documents. Your mission is to create conditions for development, offer an inspiring environment, promote social interaction, play, and positive coexistence. Your pedagogical starting point is adapting the activities to the students' needs, interests, and prerequisites, while continuously evaluating your work. You will collaborate closely with class teachers as part of a team.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone skilled at inspiring and leading activities, with good knowledge of the curriculum and creative thinking. You have good knowledge of children's learning and experience from school and leisure-time activities. You collaborate with colleagues on questions regarding children's learning and are skilled at building trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You have good skills in implementing adaptations for children in need of special support and are flexible in the face of short-term and long-term changes that are part of the pedagogical work. You handle interactions with students in a low-affective manner. You are a responsible and clear educator with a positive attitude and good communication skills. You also enjoy being part of continuous development work together with your colleagues.

• Qualified teacher/teaching certificate, Primary School Teacher for Leisure-Time Centers
• Good knowledge of schools, leisure-time centers, and student health
• Proficient in professional language skills, both spoken and written, in both Swedish and English
