The Assignment

We are looking for a certified primary school teacher with the qualifications to teach up to grade 6. Special teacher or special pedagogical competence is meritorious.

The position is varied and combines teaching in grades 1-6 with targeted support measures at the individual, group, and class levels. You work closely with the school's student health team, colleagues, and guardians to create the best conditions for students' learning and development.

The assignment includes among other things:

• planning, implementing, and following up on teaching

• teaching students in grades 1-6, both individually, in groups, and in class

• mapping, analyzing, and following up on students' knowledge development

• providing targeted support measures to students in need of special support

• guiding colleagues regarding extra adaptations and special support

• supporting students and teachers in the classroom

• using digital learning materials and compensatory digital tools, for example for students with dyslexia and other reading and writing difficulties

• contributing to the school's systematic quality work and the development of accessible learning environments.

What you need to bring

Requirements

• Certified primary school teacher with qualifications to teach up to grade 6.

• Good ability to create structure, build relationships, and meet students with different needs.

• Good digital competence and experience using digital learning materials and compensatory digital tools.

• Good communicative ability in speech and writing.

• A relational approach and good collaboration skills.

• A flexible, solution-focused, and positive work approach.

Meritorious

• Special teacher or special pedagogical competence

• Experience working with students in need of special support

• Qualifications in several subjects

• Knowledge of NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders), differentiated teaching, and accessible learning environments

• Experience with pedagogical mapping and guidance

Employment form, extent, and start

• Employment form: Fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension

• Extent: 75-100%

• Start date: 2026-08-10 or by agreement

For this role, the starting salary is normally between 40,000-42,000 SEK depending on experience and competence.
