About Us: Innovitaskolan Myrängen is a well-established school striving to promote an stimulating and supportive environment for our students. Innovitaskolan consists of 27 preschools and primary schools created for future needs. Position: Leisure Leader (Temporary position that may become permanent)

Location: Innovitaskolan Myrängen, Stockholm, Huddinge

Job Description: We are looking for an engaged and creative leisure leader for a temporary position at Innovitaskolan Myrängen. As a leisure leader, you will work on creating and implementing exciting and meaningful after-school activities for our students. You will play a key role in promoting a safe and inclusive environment where students can develop their interests and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct various leisure activities such as sports, creative workshops, excursions, and game activities.
• Create a positive and supportive atmosphere where students feel safe and welcome.
• Promote cooperation and community among students through team-building activities and group games.
• Collaborate with other school staff and parents to ensure a holistic view of students' needs and interests.
• Contribute to maintaining order and safety during leisure activities.
• Support students by collaborating with class teachers during school hours.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in leisure activities and/or school settings.
• Good communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Creative and flexible with the ability to adapt activities to students' interests and needs.
• Education in pedagogy, leisure leadership, or a similar field is an advantage.

Employment Terms

• Temporary position for the autumn semester at 75%.
• Working hours: According to schedule.
• Start date: According to agreement.
