In this role, you are responsible for communication and information sharing within our billion-kronor project in strategic partnering with Svenska kraftnät, where high demands are placed on clear information structures, coordination between stakeholders, and handling complex messages across multiple channels.

The role of Project Communicator

You will drive communication initiatives in a project format, from strategic issues to fast deliveries with short timeframes. The focus is on creating, establishing, and maintaining efficient information flows between different parties, ensuring that the right information reaches the right target group, and minimizing interpretation differences and information silos.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning, leading, and developing communication between the project's stakeholders.
• Being responsible for and active in the project's internal communication work, as well as producing communication materials.
• Ensuring efficient working methods for information sharing, including structure, version control, and traceability.
• Designing and adapting clear messages for internal and external channels, presentation materials, and templates.
• Providing support and advice on communication matters, as well as following up on and developing working methods continuously.
• Working proactively and strategically, and supporting projects and stakeholders in communication matters.
• Organizing study visits.

You will be part of an experienced project team where you will play a key role in all information sharing and communication reaching all parties involved in the project, both internally and externally. The project spans a large geographical area, which is why it is important that you have a driver's license and access to a car to be close to the project.

Your profile as a Project Communicator

To thrive and succeed in this role, you are accustomed to working independently and have the ability to handle complex messages and simplify information for different target groups. You are driven, goal-oriented, and used to defining and driving several parallel projects. You have strong communication skills with good handling of structure and order. Experience in structuring and standardizing information flows is an advantage.

Relevant education in the field and a couple of years of experience as a communicator. We prefer that you have experience from a medium to large company that is knowledge-intensive, a technical operation, a larger organization, or an agency. You must be fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

About Civil West

The Civil SE West division operates in construction in Gothenburg, Northern Halland, Älvsborg, and Bohuslän. The work covers the entire chain, from design and construction to production within land and infrastructure projects. We have approximately 300 employees and are divided into four production areas and one specialist group.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent employment with a placement at our project, the Västra Götaland Package, located in Gothenburg. Start date by agreement. As part of NCC's safety culture, we conduct background checks on final candidates. A B-driver's license and access to a car are required for this position, as there are some travels in the role to our establishments.
