As a Developer for Associations, Participation and Public Health, you are part of the secretariat unit within the Municipal Executive Board Administration. Here, you work together with colleagues in several strategic areas, such as HR, communication, association development, business development, committee administration, and public health. Together, we support and develop the municipality's operations and drive cross-municipal development issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a developer within associations, participation, and public health, you play a key role in the municipality's long-term public health work. You are part of the municipality's strategic public health function together with the municipal public health strategist and contribute, based on your competence, to the analysis, development, collaboration, and follow-up of the municipality's public health work.
A central part of the assignment is to initiate, develop, and coordinate measures that promote good and equal health, together with the municipality's associations and civil society. Through collaboration, you will contribute to creating conditions for increased physical activity, good living habits, social community, participation, and inclusion for the municipality's residents.
The focus of the position lies in the development of the municipality's work with associations, participation, and public health.
The assignment includes, among other things:
- developing the municipality's collaboration with associations and civil society.
- initiating, coordinating, and following up on public health-promoting measures together with the associations.
- developing forms for citizen dialogue and resident participation.
- identifying needs and areas for development through dialogue, analysis, and collaboration.
- contributing to analyses, follow-up, and development of the municipality's public health work together with the public health strategist.
- participating in the preparation and follow-up of the municipality's operational plan for local public health work.
- developing the municipality's support for the association sector.
- processing association grants and providing support and advice to the municipality's associations.
- collaborating with the municipality's operations, associations, civil society, and other external actors.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have a university degree in public health science or another education that the employer considers equivalent.
We would like you to have experience in development work, project management, or process facilitation. Experience of working in public operations, associations, or civil society is meritorious. If you have worked with citizen dialogue, collaboration, public health issues, or association development, we see this as a great asset.
It is also meritorious if you have experience in analyzing and compiling materials, translating them into development work, and planning, following up, and evaluating measures.
You express yourself well in speech and writing and have good digital competence.
Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
- Salary form: Monthly salary.
- Employment type: Permanent position.
- Duration: Permanent, start: Start date by agreement.
- Working hours: Daytime. The work takes place primarily during the day. Other times may occur when the position requires it.
