Project controlling in a project-intensive technical consulting environment where cost monitoring, analysis, and financial management are central to the business.

As a Project Controller at Init Sweden, you report to the CFO and work closely with project managers, operations, and finance. You will play a key role in ensuring quality in project monitoring in a business where projects are at the center.

• Project monitoring, analysis, and project controlling

• Cost monitoring related to projects, costs, budgets, and forecasts

• Follow-up on project results, margins, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial outcomes

• Supporting project managers with financial matters and financial monitoring

• Ensuring quality in data, reporting, and system foundations

• Contributing to the development of processes, working methods, and system support

• Reporting and analytical support to the CFO and management

This is a role for you who want to work close to the projects in an entrepreneurial environment with short decision-making paths and high tempo. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you drive, develop, and establish working methods within your area.

You have several years of experience in similar tasks within project controlling in project-intensive operations, preferably from larger companies within technology, consulting, engineering, or related environments.

You work in a structured and independent manner, have good system proficiency, and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces and close collaboration with project managers and operations. You communicate well and build trust with various stakeholders.

The position is full-time with a location at Init Sweden's offices on Lindholmen in Gothenburg. There is an opportunity for hybrid work. Start date by agreement.
