This is a social and varied part-time job for you who thrive on variety and enjoy meeting people. We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and enjoys a role where you create a professional and welcoming first impression. You are social, responsible, and solution-oriented, with a humble attitude and a flexible approach. We prefer that you have experience from service, reception, or a similar role. You:

  • Create a welcoming and professional feeling from the very first second

  • Make members, clients, and colleagues feel seen

  • Ensure the day flows smoothly – regardless of the pace

You thrive in environments where things are happening, where no two days are alike, and where your ability to adapt quickly makes a real difference.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome members, clients, and employees

  • Manage conferences, meetings, and breakfast service

  • Handle bookings, orders, and supplier contacts

  • Administrative work in business and booking systems

  • Handle mail, couriers, and invoices

  • Distribute access cards and organize key fobs

  • Ensure that conference rooms, office spaces, and break areas always maintain high standards

  • Contribute to well-being, energy, and a positive atmosphere
