Are you an analytical economist who thrives close to the operations and wants to be where business decisions are actually made? We are looking for a Factory Controller who wants to take a key role in an international industrial group and contribute to the development of two important production units.

About the role

As a Factory Controller, you will become an important part of Husqvarna Group's Factory Controlling team within Finance Global Operations. You will act as the factory manager's closest economic partner and work closely with production, engineering, purchasing, and supply chain. Here you have the opportunity to combine business understanding, analysis, and financial follow-up in a role close to operations, where your insights make a difference every day.

You will be responsible for two factories: a component factory in Huskvarna and a production unit in Åsbro. The role is characterized by great independence, while you belong to an experienced and helpful controlling team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life.

Responsibilities

In the role of Factory Controller, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for monthly and annual closing as well as forecasting and budgeting
• Monitor productivity, costs, investments, and financial results
• Analyze outcomes and identify causes behind deviations
• Act as a business partner to factory management and operations
• Work with standard costing, cost follow-up, and saving initiatives
• Compile and report financial key figures to the division and group
• Handle internal cost allocations and accounting entries between factories
• Participate in development initiatives related to digitalization and AI within the controlling function

We are looking for you who

• Have a post-secondary education in economics, e.g., university or university college
• Have at least one year of experience in controller-related tasks
• Have good skills in Excel and are accustomed to working with analysis
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Have strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Enjoy working close to operations and turning numbers into insights

It is meritorious if you have experience with:

• SAP
• JD Edwards
• Budgeting and forecasting in a production environment
• Standard cost calculation
• Power BI or other analysis tools
• Work in an international organization
