We are now looking for an engaged full-time receptionist for our client in central Stockholm. You will become an important part of the operations and be responsible for creating a welcoming and well-functioning work environment for both employees, visitors, and suppliers.
The position is a permanent employment starting in the autumn of 2026.

ResponsibilitiesAs a receptionist, you are the face of the company and a key person in daily operations. You are responsible for ensuring the reception runs smoothly and that both visitors and employees receive a professional and warm welcome.
In this role, you will among other things:
- Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls and emails
- Manage mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Order office supplies and restock coffee, fruit, and other consumables
- Ensure that the reception and common areas are always presentable and well-organized
- Prepare conference rooms and arrange coffee and refreshments before meetings and events
- Support the business with administrative tasks related to reception and office management
- Contribute to a pleasant, well-functioning, and professional workplace by identifying needs and taking initiative
You have previous experience from a service-oriented role and enjoy working in an environment where no two days are alike. You are structured, unpretentious, and have a natural sense for service. At the same time, you are self-motivated and enjoy taking responsibility for your work.
We would like you to have:
- Experience from reception, customer service, office services, or another service-oriented role
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working in various administrative systems
- Ability to work independently while being a valued team player
- A professional demeanor, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize when the pace is high
Start Date: Autumn 2026
Scope: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
Location: Central Stockholm
Salary: Individual salary setting according to collective agreement (Unionen)
