We are now looking for an engaged, driven and structured Quality Coordinator who wants to take a key role in developing and strengthening quality work within municipal healthcare in our own operations. Here you have the opportunity to make a real difference, every day!
The area of Quality and Health is part of the Social Services Administration, where the Quality Unit and the Health and Medical Care Unit collaborate closely. Around 80 employees work here together with about 50 temporary staff as well as specialists such as dietitians, dementia coordinators and quality functions. For the past three years, the healthcare personnel in our own operations have been co-organized, which creates good conditions for collaboration, development and a holistic perspective.
As a Quality Coordinator within HSL (Health and Social Care), you work close to the operations and become an important engine in our systematic quality work. You contribute to developing working methods, driving improvement initiatives and ensuring that care maintains high quality and patient safety. You have an overall responsibility to support operations, drive and develop systematic quality work, initiate and lead your own development assignments, and contribute to safe, secure and person-centered care for our patients in the elderly care and disability areas.

Job Description
In the role of Quality Coordinator, you will have a dynamic and multifaceted work role where you drive development and strengthen the quality of our operations. Here you get to combine strategic work with operational implementation, always with the goal of creating safe and secure care for our patients.
You work on behalf of the Area Manager and in close collaboration with management, employees and our quality functions. Together you shape the direction forward, and you are one of those who ensure that it actually happens.
Your main tasks include:
- Lead and coordinate development and improvement projects
- Support managers in systematic quality and patient safety work
- Compile, analyze statistics, follow up on results and turn insights into concrete improvements
- Act as an important link between operations and various partners
- Develop, implement and follow up on routines and processes within HSL
- Work with quality registers and ensure correct reporting
- Be a superuser in our HSL journal systems and provide local support in system matters
- Handle, analyze and follow up on deviations and produce decision support and reports
- Actively contribute to the operations achieving set goals

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a strong drive to develop the healthcare sector and who thrives in a role where strategic thinking is combined with operational work. To succeed in this position, we see that you have:
- Registered Nurse with at least three years of professional experience
- Experience in operational development, systematic quality work and driving improvement projects within the public sector
- Good knowledge of legislation and regulations within healthcare and social services
- Ability to lead workshops, training and change processes in an inclusive and inspiring way
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as the ability to create good collaborations
- Very good computer skills, strong administrative ability and well-developed digital competence
Merits
- Documented management experience
- Previous experience working in quality functions and leading projects
- Specialist education, for example in geriatrics, palliative care, leadership and quality development
- Documented experience of working with management systems and process-oriented working methods
- Work in support systems such as Hypergene, 2c8 or Stratsys
