Prolog is growing and is now looking for an experienced Collaboration/Partnering Leader to join our team in Stockholm.

About the role

As a Process Manager/Collaboration Leader with us, you will take on a central role in some of the country's most interesting and complex projects – often in the billion-kroner class.

You will drive societal development by:

• Being part of our team with Sweden's leading collaboration leaders
• Driving and developing collaboration processes in large construction and infrastructure projects
• Ensuring that all stakeholders work towards common goals and increased efficiency
• Preventing and managing conflicts during the most critical phases of the projects
• Working in a lean company where learning and development are at the center

You will step into existing assignments – but are also expected to contribute to Prolog's continued growth.

Who are you?

We believe that you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a collaboration leader
• Have worked on large projects (approx. 200+ MSEK)
• Have experience from the construction, infrastructure, or real estate industry
• Have relevant education (e.g., civil engineer, economist, or behavioral scientist)
• Thrive in a role where you both challenge and are challenged

Extra points if you have the credentials for or are already a certified collaboration leader.

Conditions

• Salary: according to agreement (~50,000 SEK/month, higher level possible with documented business acumen)
• Probation period may apply
