Do you want to drive a large and business-critical transformation project within the financial sector? We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant in Business Analysis and Capital Reporting for an exciting assignment with our client in the banking sector in Stockholm.

About the Assignment

In this role, you will be a key player in the bank's GFRI project (milestones 1 and 1.5). The purpose of the project is to harmonize and transform the existing regulatory reporting infrastructure into a common data warehouse. This data warehouse will automatically feed data to COREP reports via the BIRD data model.

Your main focus will be on supporting and executing detailed UAT (User Acceptance Testing) as well as parallel runs of the system to ensure the highest data quality and functional correctness.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct functional testing and detailed UAT of the implemented reporting solution.
• Analyze and quality-assure financial data, with a particular focus on credit risk data.
• Work with SQL to verify and validate data flows in the new regulatory data warehouse.
• Collaborate with both technical teams and the business side to ensure project milestones are met.

Your Profile (Must-Haves)

To succeed in this role, you are a senior consultant with strong analytical skills and a background in banking and finance. You meet the following requirements:

• SQL: Very strong and documented technical skills (mandatory).
• Credit Risk Data: Deep understanding and experience working with credit risk data is an absolute requirement to handle the functional testing.
• UAT & Testing: Substantial experience with User Acceptance Testing and parallel runs in large financial projects.
• Language: Fluent English in both speech and writing (project language).

Desirable Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Good knowledge of programming languages Python or R.
• Experience with regulatory reporting (e.g., COREP) and familiarity with the BIRD data model.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting to and presenting to senior management.
