We at iSales are now looking for a Receptionist to join our team on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. Here you will have a varied role where you are responsible for creating a professional first impression while supporting the business with administrative tasks.

About the role:

As a Receptionist, you will play a central role in the daily operations. You will be responsible for providing visitors, customers, and employees with a warm and professional welcome, while ensuring that the reception runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails
• Manage attendance and calendars
• Administrative support to the business
• Order office supplies
• Responsible for conference and meeting administration
• Handle mail and deliveries
• Ensure that the reception and common areas are presentable
• Provide first-class service to customers, guests, and employees

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration
• Is service-oriented and has a professional demeanor
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Thrives in being the "hub" of the office
• Has good computer skills and works comfortably with the Office suite
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Scope: Full-time. Monday - Thursday 09:00-18:00, Friday 09:00-17:00 Start: Immediately Location: Kungsholmen, Stockholm (approx. 2 minutes from Stadshagen metro station) Salary: According to agreement
