🌍 About the Assignment

We are currently looking for two HR Specialists for an exciting assignment with an international organization in strong expansion. Here, you will play a central role in ensuring efficient HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle while contributing to the development and creation of scalable working methods for the future.

This is an operational role for you who enjoy combining structure, administration, and process development in a dynamic business where change is a natural part of everyday life.

💼 Your Responsibilities

As an HR Specialist, you will among other things:

• 👋 Manage and coordinate the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding and offboarding to internal changes, promotions, transfers, and leave administration.

• 📊 Ensure high quality and accuracy in HR data and administer information in HR systems.

• ⚙️ Develop, streamline, and standardize HR processes and workflows.

• 📝 Create and maintain process descriptions, routines, and documentation that support a growing organization.

• 🌍 Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders in multiple countries and time zones.

• 🤝 Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and other business functions to ensure efficient and well-functioning processes.

• 💡 Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that streamline operational HR work.

• 📈 Contribute to the organization's continued growth, change management, and the development of future automated HR processes.

🎯 We are looking for someone who

• Has 3–5 years of experience in operational HR work, for example as an HR Specialist, HR Operations Specialist, or HR Administrator.

• Has good experience working in HR systems and feels confident as an advanced user.

• Has a good understanding of the entire employee lifecycle and operational HR processes.

• Has experience in process development and thrives in organizations with high tempo and change.

• Is structured, detail-oriented, and has strong self-drive.

• Works independently, takes initiative, and prioritizes easily among several parallel tasks.

• Communicates fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

⭐ Bonus Qualifications

• Experience from international organizations in growth.

• Experience with HR work across multiple countries or legal entities.

• Experience with HR systems such as HiBob and Ashby.

• Knowledge of AI-driven workflows or automation within HR processes.

Practical Information

• 📍 Location: Stockholm

• 🏢 Employment Type: Full-time 100%, on-site at the office.

• 📅 Start Date: August 3, 2026

• 🗓️ Assignment Duration: Until December 31, 2026, with a good possibility of extension.
