As a Paid Social Specialist, you are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns with a focus on creating profitable growth for clients.

You work through the entire campaign process – from idea and creative concept to analysis, optimization, and follow-up – and collaborate closely with both clients and colleagues.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Develop creative campaign concepts together with clients and internal teams
• Create and adapt ad materials in the form of images and video
• Test new audiences, messages, and creative formats
• Monitor campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work data-driven with analysis and optimization to increase profitability
• Contribute ideas and strategies to develop clients' digital advertising
• Collaborate closely with clients to identify new business and growth opportunities

• You have 3–5 years of experience in Paid Social, either from an agency or in-house
• You have extensive experience with advertising in Meta Ads
• You have experience in e-commerce or other digitally driven businesses
• You have experience creating and adapting ad materials based on both existing and new content
• You have good skills in image and video editing, e.g., in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• You have a strong interest in analysis and work data-driven to optimize campaign results
• You are proactive, curious, and motivated by testing new ideas and working methods
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English

Additional qualifications that are a plus:

• Experience with SEM or search advertising
• Experience with tracking, conversion measurement, or analytics tools
• Experience with A/B testing and experiment-driven optimization
• Experience working with multiple ad platforms and international markets
• Experience from fast-growing agency or e-commerce environments
