ResponsibilitiesAs a Student Consultant, you work with various clients around Greater Stockholm during office hours on weekdays. The assignments vary in length and content, making the role both developmental and varied.
Examples of responsibilities:
- Receiving visitors and providing a professional and welcoming first impression
- Handling the telephone exchange and incoming inquiries
- Managing mail and courier services
- Coordinating meetings and conferences
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Performing administrative tasks and supporting operations
- Contributing to a pleasant and well-functioning work environment
We are looking for someone who:
- Is studying at a university/university college and has at least one year of studies remaining, or has another employment of at least 50% and is looking for a part-time job
- Has previous experience in service, administration, reception, or similar work
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
- Is responsible, detail-oriented, and has a professional demeanor

Hours: Hourly employment
Salary: Individual salary setting (Unionen Collective Agreement)
Location: Greater Stockholm
