About the Assignment

We are now looking for a Senior Recruiter who will be responsible for the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis and requirement profiling to appointment and follow-up.

In this role, you will work closely with managers and operational representatives, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the recruitment process. You will manage several parallel processes simultaneously and ensure that each recruitment is conducted professionally, efficiently, and with high quality. ✨

The recruitment covers both specialist roles and operational positions in areas such as:

• Healthcare
• Law
• Social Sciences
• Economics
• HR
• IT
• Other support functions

You will become a key part of attracting, assessing, and appointing the right competence, while contributing to a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

We are looking for someone who ✅

• Has at least 5 years of experience in qualified recruitment work
• Has at least 3–5 years of documented experience in competency-based recruitment
• Has at least 2 years of experience in recruitment within the public sector
• Has excellent verbal and written Swedish skills
• Has post-secondary education in HR, Behavioral Science, or Recruitment
