Are you an HR Business Partner who thrives when the business needs you most?

As an HR Business Partner with us, you are not the person sitting beside the business; you are part of it. You are close to the managers, participate in decisions, and help our operations succeed through modern, business-oriented HR work.

We are now looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to be right in the middle. Not at a distance, but in the operations, close to the managers and the issues that truly matter.

What you do

You function as a strategic and operational support to managers throughout the employee journey. One day you coach a manager through a complex employment law case; the next day you lead a recruitment process or drive improvement work together with the management team. You are part of the management team for the operations you are responsible for and contribute the HR perspective to the most important business issues. The role covers several geographically dispersed operations, meaning your presence is adapted to the needs of these operations.

The role is based at our headquarters in Stockholm but involves regular travel to the operations you are responsible for, primarily in Sörmland, Dalarna, Gästrikland, and Östergötland. Therefore, you thrive working close to the operations and see travel as a natural part of the role.

Who you are

You are confident in your HR expertise and enjoy working close to the business. You build trust quickly, dare to challenge when necessary, and are pragmatic in how you find solutions. You like a fast pace and feel comfortable switching between operational issues and longer-term development work.

Most importantly: you are the person managers want to call when things get tough.

We are looking for you to be the first person managers call when the situation is complex, not because you have all the answers immediately, but because you help them find the right way forward.

More about the position and application

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probation period.
