ResponsibilitiesAs a floating receptionist, you work full-time and become an important part of our consultant team. You step in where needed and ensure that the reception and office run smoothly. You encounter new workplaces and people, which allows you to quickly develop both your competence and your ability to adapt.
Your responsibilities may include, among other things:
Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls and emails
Manage mail, couriers, and deliveries
Order office supplies and restock coffee, fruit, and other consumables
Contact suppliers and handle fault reports
Prepare conference rooms and order breakfast, lunch, or coffee breaks for meetings
Ensure that the reception, kitchen, lounge, and conference rooms are pleasant and presentable
Perform administrative tasks and support operations where needed
You are positive, service-oriented, and enjoy meeting new people. You are curious, solution-oriented, and comfortable quickly adapting to new work environments and routines. You thrive with responsibility and like that no day is the same.
We look for you to have:
A high school diploma and be at least 18 years old
Experience from customer service, retail, restaurant, reception, or similar roles
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good computer skills and an aptitude for learning new systems
The ability to prioritize, work independently, and provide professional service simultaneously
It is an advantage if you live in or near central Stockholm, as work shifts may sometimes be assigned with short notice.
Other InformationStart Date: Autumn 2026, according to agreement
Scope: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00, with on-call duties from 06:00
Salary: Individual salary setting (Unionen Collective Agreement)
Location: Greater Stockholm
