The primary school/adapted primary school operation is part of the Education Administration. The operation covers 21 primary schools as well as adapted primary school, with a total of approximately 4,500 students. Four of the primary schools are upper secondary schools, while the others, with a few exceptions, cover grades F-6. The operation also includes after-school centers.

About Fågelsta School

Fågelsta School is a rural school south of Motala, located in the hub between Motala, Vadstena, and Skänninge. Fågelsta School is a smaller F–6 school with approximately 100 students, where a family atmosphere characterizes the operation. The close contact between students and staff creates a safe and pleasant environment for learning.

We have a joint crafts day on Fridays, where wood and metal crafts are scheduled in parallel with textile crafts, creating good opportunities for collaboration between the subjects.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a colleague for 1 position (20 %). The position is primarily located on Fridays.

Your responsibilities include teaching textile crafts in grades 3-6, with responsibility for planning, implementation, and follow-up according to the curriculum. You stimulate students' creativity and are responsible for assessment, documentation, and a safe and inspiring learning environment. The role also includes responsibility for materials and safety, as well as collaboration with colleagues.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Certified primary school teacher with eligibility to teach textile crafts.
• Language: You must be able to express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish.
