The after-school care center consists of five departments for grades F-class, 1, 2, 3, and 4-6.

Your responsibilities

Your main task is to support a student in grade 3 with their diabetes, as well as to be involved in the student's and the class's entire school day.

In the afternoons, the student is at the after-school care center, and the need for support continues there as well.

Who are you?

You have nursing experience with diabetes and are well familiar with the interventions needed during a school day.

You have experience working in primary school and being part of a work team. You have experience working with students with disabilities.

You have a high school diploma or another higher-level education relevant to the tasks.
