We at Active Academy are now looking for leaders for Knatteskutt, Sweden's largest sports school for children aged 1–4.

We are looking for you who:

• Loves working with children.
• Has rhythm and timing naturally in your body.
• Has experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children. Alternatively, you have a long sports background and have been a leader for children in other contexts (e.g., preschool, school, or childcare).

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

What is Knatteskutt? 🐰

At Knatteskutt, children get to jump, run, dance, and play with balls. Here we mix different sports activities in a playful and fun way.

We work from a pre-planned lesson structure, meaning all sports fields, exercises, and games are carefully planned. As a leader, you can then focus entirely on spreading joyful movement!

As a leader, you will receive coaching during the term, participate in a leadership training course, and become part of a fantastic leadership team of over 300 leaders.

✨ You will simply have the most fun part-time job that gives you experience and qualifications in working with children's groups.

📅 Employment details:

• Hourly employment.
• The work takes place during autumn 2026, starting in week 35.
• Classes are held on Saturdays at Hagaskolan from 09:00–10:00.
• Approx. 1–2 hours/week.

QUALIFICATIONS: It is an advantage if you are studying to be (or are already) a preschool teacher or have similar education. It is also a plus if you have studied the arts program in upper secondary school, worked as a group fitness instructor, or have other dance training. However, this is not a requirement – the right personality is what matters most.
