Job Description

As a Labor Market Consultant in the Youth Unit, you are operational in the daily work with participants who are being prepared to meet the demands of the labor market. The unit consists of several teams focused on working with young people aged 14–29.

We are looking for a colleague to work with the target group within "Startsträckan" (The Starting Track). In this assignment, we work with young people aged 18–28 with disabilities. We work inspired by the BIP method (Behavioral Intervention Program). The assignment involves supporting participants, preparing, and developing them for employment in the city. You who apply to us should have a respectful attitude and the ability to see opportunities and find solutions. You work independently and need to have a good ability to structure your own work while planning and collaborating closely with your colleagues. You also need to have a good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.

We view the unit's assignment as our shared assignment, and it may happen that you change tasks within the unit, but the target group of young people aged 14–29 remains the same.

Qualifications

You who apply should have a university education equivalent to at least 180 credits within personnel or behavioral science, or alternatively other education and/or experience that the employer considers equivalent. You need knowledge and experience of working with the target group and experience of having collaborated/cooperated with different functions both internally and externally. The assignment also requires that you have a B driver's license and good knowledge of Office programs.

It is meritorious if you have experience with the IT systems GW. Furthermore, it is meritorious if you have good knowledge of the agreements and regulations that apply to the target group and the assignment.

Other Information

Interviews are planned to be conducted in week 31 and week 32.
