About the role

As part of the Team Competence Center Admin, you will work on developing Scania's group, health, and group life insurance business. You will be part of an engaged team that supports brokers and corporate customers through a varied daily routine characterized by learning and development.

The work is performed 100% on-site at the office during office hours. Your employment begins as a consultant, with very good prospects for extension and permanent employment with the company.

Responsibilities

The role involves a combination of qualified customer service and administrative processing within B2B insurance, where you act as a crucial link between internal functions and external parties.

  • Handle new business and changes to insurance agreements for occupational pensions.
  • Provide professional service to customers and distributors via phone, chat, and email.
  • Collaborate with sales, advisors, and the product organization to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Make business-related decisions in daily customer interactions.
  • Work on continuous improvement and handle customer feedback.
  • Administer tasks in specific insurance systems.
  • Actively contribute to the development of the business and the team.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has completed upper secondary education
  • Has fluent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written
  • Is proficient in computer usage
  • Has experience working with administrative systems
  • Has customer service experience
  • Can work in a structured and meticulous manner
  • Passes a background check (criminal record, social media & credit)

It is an advantage if you have

  • Previous insurance knowledge within personal insurance, group, health, or TGL
  • Experience in customer service towards companies and distributors
  • Experience with specific insurance systems
