Job Description
As an employee in the Team Competence Center Admin, you will become part of an engaged team in Gothenburg. Here, you will help develop Skandia's group, health, and group life insurance business, while providing world-class service to brokers, advisors, and customers. Skandia is undergoing an exciting transformation that will shape future ways of working, making your daily routine dynamic, varied, and full of learning. Work is scheduled and planned based on current inflows and balances. The assignment starts in week 33.
Responsibilities
- Administratively handle new policies and changes to insurance agreements for occupational pensions.
- Provide professional service to end customers, distributors, and business owners via phone, chat, and email.
- Collaborate closely with internal functions such as sales, advisors, product, and process organizations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Work on continuous improvements, handle customer feedback, and actively contribute to the development of the business.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a person, you are curious, communicative, and have a natural ability to see things from the customer's perspective. You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and accepting feedback, while being solution-focused and confident in making business-related decisions in daily customer interactions.
We also look for you to have:
- A completed upper secondary education.
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills and experience working in administrative systems.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Previous insurance knowledge through work experience or education, particularly within personal insurance, group, health, TGL (Group Life Insurance), and health insurance.
- Experience working in specific insurance systems.
