Job Description

We are looking for an experienced litigation lawyer (process lawyer) to join Preventia Finans.

In your role as a litigation lawyer here, you will be responsible for establishing disputed claims both in and out of court. You will also represent our clients in rental law matters before the Rent Tribunal.

Start date: August 2026 or as agreed.

About the Role

As a litigation lawyer at Preventia, you will enjoy a varied and enjoyable daily routine centered around qualified legal work with a focus on dispute resolution. You will handle your own civil law processes in court on behalf of our clients. The disputes primarily concern debt collection and rental law matters before the Rent Tribunal.

Your main tasks will include drafting pleadings, summons applications, and statements. You will also have significant opportunities to engage in court proceedings, including oral preparations, main hearings, and meetings at the Rent Tribunal.

In this role, you will plan your own work and continuously work towards set goals and expectations.

Your Profile

We are primarily looking for a lawyer, preferably with a few years of experience from a debt collection agency or working with rental law matters at a law firm, legal consultancy, or real estate company. Court experience is also a plus. A law degree is required for the position.

You can handle your own cases from start to finish, both in and out of court. You are also solution-oriented and attentive to your clients' needs and expectations. You are responsible and have a business-minded approach, enabling you to achieve results in line with our expectations. Naturally, you possess strong legal knowledge.

Furthermore, you are curious and strive to continuously improve both your own and the company's results and work. You have excellent communication skills in both speech and writing and are a proficient computer user familiar with standard word processing programs.
