At BGFIX, you will play a central role in the sales team, responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and follow-ups. You will be a key support to the company's field sales representatives by independently managing customers and deals, ensuring high service levels, and tracking business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer contact, works in a structured manner, and is motivated by contributing to the team's shared sales goals.

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for the entire process from incoming customer inquiry to finished order. You prepare quotes, actively follow up on them, and ensure that no business opportunities fall through the cracks. This role is not just about administration; you are expected to drive business forward and work proactively to convert quotes into closed deals.

You will collaborate closely with the company's field sales representatives and act as their extended arm. The idea is that you will take significant responsibility and handle customers and deals independently without the field sales team needing to be involved in daily operations. You will also follow up with existing customers, ensure deliveries run smoothly, and identify new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Preparing and following up on quotes.
  • Driving deals from inquiry to completed order.
  • Scheduling customer meetings for the company's field sales representatives.
  • Following up with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Registering and updating information in the NetSuite CRM system.
  • Working towards clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

About You

We are looking for someone with a clear sales mindset who thrives working towards set goals. You enjoy building relationships, following up on deals, and are driven by seeing the results of your work. At the same time, you are structured and meticulous, allowing you to manage multiple customers and deals in parallel without compromising quality.

As a person, you are self-motivated, responsible, and proactive in identifying what needs to be done. You have a business-oriented mindset and prefer to drive processes forward rather than waiting for the next task. We also believe you will appreciate working with colleagues where everyone contributes to the team's collective success.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service with a clear business focus.
  • Experience working with quotes, orders, or customer follow-ups.
  • Strong administrative skills and experience working in CRM or business systems.
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience from the construction or industrial sector.
  • Experience with NetSuite.
