In this role, you will work closely with managers within Operations and provide qualified support in everything from daily HR matters to more complex cases. You will drive issues regarding labor law, work environment, change, and performance, and you will dare to challenge and create dialogue when needed.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment with a strong connection to the business, where your ability to act quickly while also pausing to analyze and make well-founded decisions is crucial.

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Support managers in labor law, rehabilitation, and individual cases

You are confident in your professional role but remain curious and development-oriented. You have an easy time building trust within the organization, while also daring to challenge and drive issues forward. With a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, you handle both everyday HR matters and more complex cases in a structured manner.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to:

  • Have experience in broad HR work, preferably in a business-close role (approx. 3–6 years of experience)
  • Have experience from the manufacturing industry and working with unionized employees, preferably within IF Metall/technical agreements
  • Be confident in labor law and accustomed to handling negotiations and difficult conversations
  • Be brave, clear, and daring to challenge, while also being receptive and building trust
  • Enjoy a high tempo and like working close to operations
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience with management group work and are accustomed to working with KPIs and data-driven methods.

With us, you will get a role with significant impact, close to operations, and the opportunity to develop both working methods and the organization, together with engaged colleagues.
