We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager for an exciting consulting assignment with an international company. This role is ideal for you if you have extensive experience in project and program management and thrive driving strategic and business-critical initiatives in a global environment. You will lead change management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and contribute to business value through structured project management.

In this role, you are responsible for planning, leading, and executing strategic initiatives within Commercial Operations, with a focus on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), customer engagement, and the development of service offerings. You ensure that projects are delivered according to set goals, timelines, and business needs, acting as a central coordination point between various business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and programs from initiation through execution and follow-up.
• Create project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource planning.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple parallel initiatives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, IT, CRM, and Finance.
• Contribute to the development of customer-centric solutions and improved customer journeys.
• Monitor project results through KPIs and work on continuous improvements.
• Act as a functional leader for a small project team, providing clarity on priorities, working methods, and deliverables.
• Lead the Consumer Engagement area and translate business strategies into concrete projects and activities.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience leading projects or programs.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives resulting in tangible business outcomes.
• Previous experience in healthcare, medtech, or consumer health is considered a significant advantage.
• Experience in commercial operations, digital development, or change and transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience with CRM systems, data analysis, and optimization of business processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet or Jira.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Good understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent MBA education.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Analytical mindset with a structured and methodical approach to work.
