We are now looking for a senior recruiter who will be responsible for the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis and requirement profiling to appointment and follow-up.

In this role, you work closely with managers and operational representatives, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the recruitment work. You manage several parallel processes simultaneously and ensure that each recruitment is conducted professionally, efficiently, and with high quality. ✨

The recruitments cover both specialist roles and operationally close positions within areas such as:

🔹 Healthcare 🔹 Law 🔹 Social Sciences 🔹 Economics 🔹 HR 🔹 IT 🔹 Other support functions

You will become an important part of the work to attract, assess, and appoint the right competence, while contributing to a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Has at least 5 years of experience in qualified recruitment work

• Has at least 3-5 years of documented experience in competency-based recruitment

• Has at least 2 years of experience in recruitment within state operations

• Has very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

• Has a post-secondary education in HR, Behavioral Science, or recruitment
