With a wonderful group of colleagues, we give you the opportunity to develop. Together, you drive the operations forward and develop working methods based on industry needs. We work in large work teams as we are a small preschool that collaborates for the best of all children. We work subject-oriented based on the curriculum, and on both departments, the educators split into a team of three during the day at the preschool.

We are looking for you who:

• are driven and curious to learn more and develop together with children and colleagues
• have visions and the will to participate in and drive the development work at the preschool
• are solution-focused, flexible, and have a positive attitude
• are social and find the meeting with children, colleagues, and parents rewarding
• have grades in Swedish from upper secondary school or adult education (KOMVUX), with a good ability to understand the Swedish language both in speech and writing

We are looking for you who are trained as a preschool assistant (barnskötare), with experience working in children's groups.

Experience in similar work is an advantage!

We place special emphasis on personal qualities, such as good treatment, responsible, reliable, flexible, structured, engagement, and good teamwork skills, as well as seeing it as an advantage to have good knowledge of the Swedish language.

Smultronets Preschool is centrally located at Swedenborg Center, close to both forests and other exciting surroundings that we visit often so that the children can explore and meet their immediate environment.

We change our pedagogical learning environments indoors and outdoors based on what the children show they are seeking in terms of knowledge and challenges right now. We create rooms within rooms so that children can interact and meet at different stations in their learning play. We have a large and bright studio indoors that invites to creation and creative exploration of and with different materials. Our yard is a place that enables interaction between the younger children, challenges the older children motorically, and here there is also an outdoor studio and a stage for the joyful learning in play.

ULNA AB currently operates 16 independent preschools in Sweden. Our ambition is that every child should develop based on their own prerequisites. We place great importance on play as a tool to promote children's learning and development. ULNA stands for: A preschool for Development, Play, Closeness, and Responsibility.
