About Us

Anneborg HVB is a small, family-like residence with seven places, located in a scenic area in the small town of Lundsbrunn, about two miles from both Skara and Lidköping. The unit is aimed at boys aged 14–18 with psychosocial, neuropsychiatric, and psychological issues.

Anneborg HVB accepts placements according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Care of Young Persons Act (LVU) and can accept boys from all over Sweden.

The central treatment method is often rePULSE. We also use MI, LAB, the Crime Program B12, and A-CRA. We also work with social skills training where the young people practice social and practical skills through daily activities together with the staff and other young people.

About the Role

We are looking for social pedagogs for temporary positions during the day, evening, and night. The treatment work/interventions are guided by individual implementation plans. You work in a team with the help of a secure structure and several support functions.

Your main tasks will be:

• Treatment interventions
• Security-creating activities, such as supervision and care
• Carrying out interventions according to Self-Care (Egenvård)
• Documentation
• Working with the daily maintenance and well-being at the HVB home, such as cleaning, cooking, etc.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have previous experience working with people in difficult life situations and are secure and balanced with the young people's well-being in focus. As a person, you are solution-focused, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook, are stress-resistant, and have good prerequisites for working in an sometimes tough psychosocial work environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you find it easy to build relationships and have good collaboration skills.

You have at least a 2-year post-secondary education as a social pedagogue.

It is also meritorious if you:

• Have experience working in treatment for children and young people
• Have experience from the target group
• Have experience with RePulse, MI, A-CRA, and/or LAB
• Have experience with documentation work and medication management

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

You master Swedish in speech and writing and have good computer skills.

A manual B-driver's license is required for the position.
