- Mentor, motivate, and support colleagues in using these methods and approaches.
- Document interventions and follow up on individual goals in the Treserva system.
- Serve as a pedagogical leader for the implementation of IBIC during 2027.
- Work with low-arousal approaches and find solutions to prevent and handle challenging behaviors, while adhering to LSS legislation.

You should have knowledge and experience of low-arousal approaches and clear pedagogy. Additionally, knowledge of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), as well as proficiency in social documentation and drawing up and following up on implementation plans. You have good computer skills.
We are looking for someone who is secure and stable in their professional role. In this role, it is important that you take responsibility for your tasks, plan, organize, and prioritize work efficiently. It is also important that you are flexible and can adapt to the needs of the operation. The ability to express yourself clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing, is required as documentation is part of the work.
