Description

We are looking for you who want a thrilling and varied assignment as a residential support worker and work during awake night shifts. Your assignment will be at Niklasbergsvägen 9 D, a residence within Social Psychiatry for people with mental diagnoses combined with a high need for care. Responsibilities

To support individuals with mental disabilities combined with significant care needs based on individual requirements and the situations that arise during night hours. To work together with the unit manager, operations manager, educational specialist, and other staff according to the goals and guidelines set for the operation. You will work according to individual implementation plans based on professional interaction and clarifying pedagogy. Collaboration with relatives, guardians, and other professions is part of the assignment. The work involves working alone.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a degree from the Care and Nursing Program. You may also have other education that, together with professional experience, is assessed as equivalent by the employer. We are looking for you who have an interest and experience in working with people with mental disabilities combined with a high need for care.

You must have a calm interaction style, the ability to work independently, and a professional attitude. It is important to have the ability to reflect on your own attitude and the willingness and desire to work according to proven methods, being flexible, responsive, and unpretentious. You must have a positive view of people and be easy to collaborate with. Since problem-causing and challenging behavior occurs, you must have experience in similar work and the ability to think preventively to minimize risks and threatening situations. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
