What does the job entail?

I am a guy in my 30s living in Tidaholm, looking for someone who wants to work with me. My interests include bowling, wheelchair dancing, playing electric hockey occasionally, writing on the computer, "having a coffee break", and going on excursions. I need help with most household tasks as well as personal care.

We are currently looking for personal assistants for my work group who can work full-time and part-time (approx. 75%). The positions are distributed across day, evening, and night shifts (sleep-in nights), on weekdays and weekends, with varying shifts, so you should be able to work at all times of the day.

About you

Your qualities as an assistant, I see as - empathetic, driven, flexible, and that you want to help me in my daily life. You need to be a non-smoker. A driver's license is an advantage if you have one, as the car is used during activities.

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful daily life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the client. This may become decisive in the final selection.

Requirements

• have fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Merits

• Hold a B-driver's license (manual transmission),

Scope: Full-time 100% and part-time approx. 75%. Number of positions: 2. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement. If you are to work with this client, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record register. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply meaning that the register control will cover both extracts from the criminal record register and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing time may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.
