Reviv works nationally to provide support, guidance, and security to individuals in vulnerable and high-risk life situations. We offer protection, structure, and support in processes where individuals break free from destructive environments.

We are looking for you who are engaged and responsible to join our team working with protective placements in the areas of exiting criminality, domestic violence, and honor-related contexts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a qualified contact person, you work closely with the individual and provide support in both daily life and interactions with authorities.

Domestic Violence

  • Work with individuals placed in protective care who have been exposed to domestic violence.
  • Conduct safety assessments in collaboration with colleagues and external actors.
  • Support the client in crisis reactions, stabilization, safety planning, and rebuilding.
  • Hold motivating, supportive, and structured conversations with a focus on trauma and violence understanding.

General Responsibilities

  • Provide practical support based on established planning regarding livelihood, employment, and other need areas.
  • Support in creating meaningful daily life and leisure activities.
  • Document continuously through case recording.
  • Conduct drug tests when necessary.
  • Support the individual in Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
  • Participate in meetings and follow-ups together with other actors.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Completed or ongoing post-secondary education as a treatment assistant, social worker, or special educator, or equivalent education.
  • Experience working with domestic violence – for example, in protected housing, social services, support counseling, women's shelters, or similar operations.
  • Experience working with various authorities (e.g., social services, police, healthcare).
  • Good communication skills and experience working motivationally.
  • Education and experience in MI – Motivational Interviewing.
  • Experience with documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced education on domestic violence, e.g., FREDA, Patriark, SARA, risk assessment, or trauma understanding.
  • Education in RP – Relapse Prevention.
  • Desirable with professional experience working with the target group, preferably within the areas of criminality, addiction care, social services, or psychiatry.
  • Education in LAB – Low-Affective Handling.
  • Education and experience in BBIC – The Child's Best Interest.
  • Licence to perform KSL – Crime as a Lifestyle.

DRIVER'S LICENSE

  • Swedish Category B driver's license is required – preferably with access to a personal car.

ABOUT THE POSITION

  • The position is a hourly-based employment based on the operations' needs.
  • We strive to match our needs with your availability as much as possible, but the client's and operation's needs always dictate the planning. Needs may arise during daytime, evening, and weekends.
  • We offer a fixed hourly wage.
