Job Responsibilities

Are you ready to grow with us this autumn? We are preparing for potential expansion and are therefore looking for more dedicated teachers with qualifications in SFI and Swedish as a Second Language (SVA) at the basic level. Since we plan based on future needs, the number of positions and extent of work are not yet fully determined – but we are eager to hear from you and learn about your competence!

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching and other pedagogical work within the operation.
• Documentation and assessment of results and quality, both based on the school's governing documents and current agreements.
• Administrative tasks relevant to the position.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a teaching license and are qualified to teach in SFI and Swedish as a Second Language at the basic level in adult education. Additional subject qualifications are meritorious. You have recent experience of teaching within adult education.

You have very good digital competence and administrative skills, and you thrive in a sometimes fast-paced work environment. You show great flexibility and have the ability to adapt teaching and working methods to individuals, as well as practicing inclusive teaching.

You are a person who sees opportunities and is accustomed to taking initiative and personal responsibility. You also function well in groups and see the benefit of working together in teams towards common goals. You have a solution-focused approach and are process-oriented. You are good at motivation work and at bringing out people's potential.

Showing respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role is natural to you. You proceed from the equal value of all people and create a good atmosphere in interactions. With an open and positive attitude, you have the needs of students and the operation as the starting point for your actions.

Other Information

For your interview, you need to bring a passport/national ID and, if applicable, proof of residence permit if you have citizenship outside the EU/EES. This is because, as an employer, we need to verify your identity and ensure that you have the right to work in Sweden.

In reference to the laws governing register checks, anyone offered this position must present a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (criminal record) before an employment contract can be drawn up.
