Our work organization is well-functioning and is based on a clear meeting structure as well as a well-developed organization for pedagogical development time. The preschool has a coordinator group with coordination responsibilities and a process group with development responsibilities. In these forums, current research, relevant literature, and collegial experience sharing form the basis for our continuous development work.

As a preschool teacher, you, together with your work team and other colleagues, are responsible for implementing goal-oriented teaching in accordance with current governing documents. The assignment includes planning, follow-up, analysis, and evaluation of the activity, with a focus on ensuring high quality in the education.

In your daily work, you create a secure, stimulating, and educational teaching environment for the children. At Kärrabacken Preschool, you are given the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of our learning environments and our thematic work, with a special focus on play-responsive teaching.

Within our work organization, there is a process group responsible for the preschool's overarching development issues. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you have an interest in driving, leading, and planning development initiatives that cover the entire preschool and contribute to long-term and sustainable quality development.

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher who is proactive, engaged, and has a strong professional anchoring in their assignment. To succeed in the role, you are expected to be attentive and curious about what the children express and are interested in, as well as actively supporting their exploration of the world around them.

We would appreciate it if you have a special interest in developing learning environments and deepening the work with play-responsive teaching. You have the ability to plan, analyze, and develop teaching practices that strengthen children's participation, exploration, and learning.

You appreciate meeting with other people and value a work climate where experiences, knowledge, and perspectives are shared. You contribute your competence while also taking advantage of and further developing colleagues' knowledge and ideas.
