The Introduction Programmes are located adjacent to the Wood Technology Centre and the Employment Unit. Here, we are accessible and present for our students. We actively work to build good relationships with students, guardians, colleagues, and management. Job Responsibilities

As a teacher at the Introduction Programmes, you will be part of an engaged work team where collaboration and the student's development are in focus.

• You teach students both in language introduction and individual alternatives, and you will be responsible for education in Mathematics, Technology, and English.
• The role includes planning, implementing, and following up on teaching together with students and colleagues. We work with language development in all teaching.
• The position also includes a shared mentorship where you, together with a colleague, support and follow the students' development.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a teaching license with eligibility to teach in grades 7–9 of compulsory school and/or upper secondary school.

You put the student in focus and have a strong commitment to this target group. You are flexible and have the ability to see each student's needs and adapt teaching based on their individual prerequisites. At the same time, you are secure and clear in your teaching role and contribute to a good work environment for both students and colleagues.

You have an easy time building good relationships and collaborate well with students, colleagues, and guardians. You are familiar with the school's steering documents and see collaboration as a natural part of your work.

We also want you to have good digital competence and an interest in using digital tools to develop, vary, and differentiate your teaching. You are computer literate and have experience working in various digital systems.

Employment Terms

• Salary form: Monthly salary.
• Employment type: Permanent position.
• Duration: Permanent, start: ASAP, upon agreement.

The recruitment process will begin during week 32.

Before employment, an extract from the criminal record register must be presented, as well as documentation proving that you are allowed to work on the Swedish labor market. Examples include certificates of citizenship in Sweden/EU/EES (e.g., passport), residence permit certificates, or work permit certificates to work in Sweden.

In Tibro Municipality, we apply individual and differentiated salary setting. The salary is based on a collective assessment of the role's requirements and responsibilities, educational background, relevant experience, personal suitability, as well as the current salary level for corresponding or equivalent positions and prevailing market conditions.
