Short About CREATIVE KIDS PRESCHOOL

• Creative Kids Preschool is a Swedish/English-speaking preschool. At our preschool, we work thematically to stimulate children's early learning. Through joyful, exploratory, and creative activities, we create conditions for development, curiosity, and a lifelong interest in learning. We also take many cultural excursions, such as visits to theaters and museums. Here, you will work in a small, family-like preschool with small groups of children. We currently have approximately 32 children distributed across two departments, which creates good conditions for close relationships with both children and guardians. You will be part of an engaged work team together with two experienced and competent childcare workers. The preschool has a very good location with a tram stop right outside, making it easy to commute to and from work.

We are looking for a preschool teacher who:

• consciously strives to see each child's individual needs and prerequisites to promote each child's development and learning
• is curious, reflective, and development-oriented
• wants to work project-based together with children and colleagues
• can translate the curriculum's goals and intentions into practical work
• is positive and solution-focused
• has experience in planning and pedagogical documentation
• is flexible and can work with both younger and older children in the activity
• is ready to take your share of responsibility to develop our preschool, be engaged, and curious about self-development
• Since we are a small work group, it is important for us that you fit into the work group, so we will place great emphasis on personal suitability

Your Responsibilities

• As a preschool teacher with us, you are responsible for leading and developing the pedagogical work in the children's group based on the preschool curriculum. You plan, implement, document, and follow up on the activity together with your work team.
• Our preschool places great emphasis on "approach", so that every child is met where they are right now. Every child should be seen/feel seen every day. We see every child as competent, curious, and full of desire to discover and learn. Our goal is to develop and adapt our environment based on the child's needs. To ensure the quality of our activity, we use pedagogical documentation, reflection, discussions, and competence development.
