Are you someone who thrives on creating order, providing first-class service, and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly? We are now looking for an engaged Office Assistant for our client in Solna. In this role, you will become an important part of the daily operations and contribute to ensuring the office is well-functioning and pleasant for all employees.
This is a part-time consulting assignment, 27.5 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.

ResponsibilitiesAs an Office Assistant, you are responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly in daily work. The role is independent and varied; you combine practical tasks with administrative duties. You work based on established routines and ensure that the working environment is well-organized and functional.
Examples of tasks include:
Handling incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries
Inventorizing and organizing storage rooms
Ensuring meeting rooms are set up and presentable
Ordering, restocking, and inventorying office supplies and other consumables
Performing practical measures and solving minor problems in the office, as well as simple repairs
Updating documentation, checklists, and internal registers
Ensuring the office's technical equipment functions properly
We are looking for you who have a strong service mindset, take responsibility for your tasks, and enjoy varied work. You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and have an easy time building good relationships with colleagues.
We see that you:
Express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, as English is the company's internal working language.
Appreciate structure and clear work routines, work methodically, and feel comfortable planning and prioritizing your work. The role involves significant personal responsibility and suits you if you enjoy independent work and working towards set goals and guidelines.
We would also appreciate if you have:
Experience from a similar role, for example, within office services, facility management, or other service operations.
Start date: Immediately
Hours: Part-time, Monday–Friday 08:00–14:30 (27.5 hours/week)
Salary: Individual salary setting (Unionen Collective Agreement)
