About the role
We are currently looking for a conference host with technical competence for the Migration Agency's conference department. The role plays a key part in ensuring a well-functioning and professional conference operation.
As a conference host, you will become part of the internal service team and contribute to creating a functional and structured environment for meetings and conferences. The role involves contact with both internal and external participants, as well as contributing to the overall smooth operation.
The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Restocking materials
- Copying
- Dish clearing
- Light cleaning
- Technical assistance
- Serving coffee and lunch
- Detailed planning regarding the execution of conferences
- Preparing rooms, furniture, equipment, and any necessary aids before and after conferences
Contract period and scope
The position is a full-time consultancy assignment starting on 2026-10-01 and is expected to last until 2027-03-31, with the possibility of extension for up to six (6) months.
Requirements for the role:
- At least three (3) years of work experience as a conference host
- Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent
- Knowledge of case management systems
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
- Good knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience working with video conferencing equipment
- Valid B-class driver's license
- Available for interviews during weeks 35 and 36
