We are now offering a 100% position for you who are a primary school teacher for preschool class and grade 1-3 (F-3).

Your profile

You are a certified primary school teacher for preschool class and grade 1-3 (F-3). At our school, we have high ambitions for our children's learning and development, and our work is characterized by high engagement. Therefore, we are looking for you with a strong personal commitment to learning and who are driven by exploring new methods and techniques in teaching through collegial collaboration. As a teacher, you are receptive and want to guide students into the future. You are also creative, open, structured, and a clear leader in the classroom.

Your mission

We want you to be a clear leader and have the student's goal achievement in focus. You are passionate about meeting students in their individual development based on their experiences, prior knowledge, and abilities. Collaboration and independence are two further important qualities, and that you enjoy working in a team.

For you, learning is central, and you use formative assessment as a natural tool, as well as leading and organizing the work so that a safe environment is created. You have a genuine interest in our students and take great responsibility in your profession. We desire long-term commitment and value experience, creativity, and high engagement. You see collegial learning as a natural starting point in your entire way of working.
