About the workplace

The Field Group Lund is part of the Culture and Leisure Administration's work to promote good upbringing conditions for young people. Through proactive, preventive, and relational work, we meet young people where they are – in public spaces, at schools, youth meeting places, at events, and in digital contexts.

Our mission is to strengthen protective factors, prevent risky behavior, and contribute to young people having access to supportive adults, meaningful contexts, and positive development opportunities.

We are now looking for an engaged field assistant who wants to develop preventive work together with us.

The Culture and Leisure Administration's approximately 370 employees work to create opportunities for everyone in Lund Municipality to engage in activities, experience, express themselves, develop, and socialize. This has intrinsic value while also creating added value such as quality of life, education, community, safety, and a democratic society. Lund Municipality's culture and leisure life should be characterized by participation, influence, and co-creation. It should be accessible to everyone regardless of background and prerequisites and be long-term sustainable, meaning meeting today's needs without jeopardizing future generations' opportunities to meet theirs.

Here you have room to grow. Within Lund Municipality, we put knowledge at the center and create opportunities to develop in working life. We offer an inclusive work environment and a chance to influence and make a difference. Do you want to become one of us?
