Female Personal Assistants Wanted

We are currently looking for dedicated and reliable female personal assistants for a wheelchair-using man with extensive care needs.

The assistance is provided around the clock in the client's home.

The man has a tracheostomy and uses a ventilator.

You will work closely with the client and be a vital part of his safety, independence, and daily life.

About You

To thrive in this role, we would like you to:

• Have experience working as a personal assistant or in similar care work
• Be sensitive, responsible, and have a positive attitude
• Understand the importance of self-determination and respect that the client controls his daily life and home
• Be comfortable around dogs, as there are two small dogs in the home
• Be calm and confident in medically complex situations and willing to learn how the client prefers things to be done

Working Hours

• Shifts are scheduled from 08:00 to 20:00
• Employment level: 70–90 %

What We Offer

• On-site introduction and training
• Training in tracheostomy and ventilator care via the Lung Clinic in Lund
• Assistive devices are available in the home to facilitate your work
