This young man lives in Lund and needs support and help with most aspects of his daily life. You will assist him with personal care, transfers, meal situations, and communication. You will work where the customer is located, meaning you will accompany him to various activities, healthcare visits, and similar appointments. Since the man lives with his family, you will have strong support from the team at the beginning until you feel confident working independently with the customer. Previous experience in care is meritorious, but personal suitability is of the greatest importance. It is important that you enjoy working with people and that the customer is always your focus.

We are looking for a man who is tobacco-free, does not use perfume at work, is in good physical shape as the job involves some heavy lifting, and speaks and writes fluent Swedish. These are requirements as they are necessary for the customer's daily life to function smoothly.

You also need a driver's license and access to a car to commute to and from work.

You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, with holidays off.

We follow the collective agreement of Kommunal and use an hourly wage system. A wellness allowance is offered.
