Join our Mystery Shopper team!
The job involves conducting anonymous checks at concerts and festivals to ensure high quality and good service from our sales staff. The tasks are simple but require attention to detail and seriousness. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and people-oriented. You take responsibility, read through the instructions before the assignment, and ensure everything is done correctly – on time and according to plan.
When you register in our database, you become part of our Mystery Shopper team. You will receive assignment offers and choose yourself whether to accept or decline each time. Assignments usually take place in the evenings and typically take 1–2 hours, including reporting. Compensation is paid per assignment. This is a perfect side job for those who have another job and/or are studying.
